Drats!

I was so sure my Project 365 kit was going to arrive today. Every time I heard what I thought was the UPS truck, I was peeking to see. We sat down for dinner, and I heard a noise. I saw the truck pull up in front of the house. I threw my hands into the air and shouted, "YES!" I was so excited.

Chip had gotten up to do something, so he went to the door. I was cheering and clapping until I saw the box in his hand. I realized that box was NOT big enough to be holding my kit. I was so disappointed!

The package was for him. How dare he have a package delivered at the same time I'm expecting something! LOL! When CJ asked him what was in the box, he said, "My 365." What a funny guy.

I was able to get a decent amount of sleep last night. I needed it. I feel much better today. I've had a little bit of a headache, but not bad enough to have to take anything for it. So that's good.

I got up early this morning and got the groceries put away, and the main areas cleaned back up. Thankfully Chip didn't come to a totally "exploded" house this morning!

I've been busy making cards today. I have several January birthday cards that I needed, and I'm making extras to put in my Etsy shop. It's been empty for far too long, so that is a priority now...getting some stuff in there again! I have a few more to make and then I'll get the pictures made and everything listed. It's time to get this thing going again...and better this time, I hope! Once I get pictures taken, I'll post some on my craft blog...it's been FOREVER since I posted there! Sigh.

Now for today's picture. Ruthi loves to help. She is always a willing helper with just about anything you can think of. One of her favorite jobs is filling Chip's vitamin container. He wrote the number of each one on the lid, so she looks at it and knows how many of each to add. She counts them out and fills it up. She loves to do this. When he handed it to her this morning, she couldn't wait. In fact, she was getting a little aggravated at me when I didn't jump up immediately to go get the vitamins! I didn't make her wait too long. It's amazing the little things that make this girl happy!
So today's picture is her filling up the vitamin container.
