Last week ended up having lots of changes, so I actually only ended up preparing 2 of the planned meals.
I made the Skillet-Fried Mozzarella Sticks and they were AWESOME!! A big hit with the family and into our favorites file!
This week is a short week. Wednesday we will leave and go south to my parents to celebrate 4th of July, my birthday and Father's Day - because my Dad was out of the country on FD. My mom is expecting a full house, so it should be loads of fun.
Then we are heading to the lake for a few days for some relaxing. And if all works out, on Saturday and Sunday, the kids will be with grandparents, and hubby and I will have a night or two alone!
So, for this week - SUPER SIMPLE!
Monday - BLT's (didn't have them last week)
Tuesday - hubby will be at work, so I think the kids and I will have pizza.
I will be making a Vidalia Onion Pie to take to my parents' and probably something else, but not sure what yet. And I may make Trista's Butterfinger Pie to take.
And no more cooking for me for the week!

I am going to have to try those mozarella sticks. Enjoy your alone time with your hubby - before kids I never knew that would be such a treat!

ReplyDeleteYummy plan! Vidalia onion pie sounds good- I love Vidalia's, but the rest of my family doesn't. So I just fry up the occassional onion for myself. Have a wonderful week!! :)
